Agreement
By using Vyqo (the website, app, or services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to AI Platform Technology Solutions Limited and your use of the Vyqo platform.
Eligibility
Vyqo is currently available to UK residents aged 18 or over who earn income as creators, freelancers, or self-employed individuals. Closed beta access is by invitation only. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
Banking services
Bank accounts are provided by Griffin Bank Ltd under their terms and the FCA's regulatory framework. Vyqo is not a bank. We provide the technology layer; Griffin holds your deposits. FSCS protection applies to eligible deposits up to £85,000.
AI agents
TaxAgent, DealAgent, and other agents provide automated assistance. They are not accountants, lawyers, or financial advisers. DealAgent never sends communications without your explicit approval. You remain responsible for tax filings and business decisions.
Fees and billing
Beta users may access the platform at no charge during the closed beta period. Paid plans will be billed monthly as described on our pricing page. We will give at least 30 days' notice before charging existing beta users.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vyqo for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or to circumvent tax obligations. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
Vyqo owns the platform, brand, and technology. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the services described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
